At Three Weeks in Thailand, all of our products, including travel itineraries, are digital products in the form of PDF files. These files are sent directly to your email after your purchase. Due to the nature of these products, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
Once the purchase is completed, the digital file is automatically delivered to your email, granting you immediate access to the content. As such, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect email address provided
- Failure to download or access the digital product
- Dissatisfaction with the content
